During our recent ski vacation, we had the pleasure of staying at Chalets Izia in Val-d'Isere. The staff at this charming retreat went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The manager, George, was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. The ski rental equipment was in great condition, and the knowledgeable and friendly staff made the process convenient and hassle-free. Our cozy apartment with a fireplace and large balcony provided the perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The location of the chalet, right on the slopes, allowed us to ski in and out with ease, and the breathtaking views added to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the pool area being overcrowded at times and the limited seating on the balcony, our stay at Chalets Izia was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic ski vacation experience.

The ski rental equipment was in great condition and the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to rent everything we needed right on site, which made our ski days so convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the slopes, allowing us to easily ski in and out. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking and we loved being able to fully immerse ourselves in the stunning scenery.
we had a noisy neighbor above us, which disturbed our children's sleep and prevented them from getting to sleep easily. The pool area was also a bit chaotic with children running and diving, making it difficult for those who wanted to relax or swim.

The location of the hotel was perfect for ski enthusiasts, with easy access to the slopes and ski rental shop on site. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions and assist with any needs. the apartment we stayed in was well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. the view from our balcony was breathtaking, allowing us to fully enjoy the stunning scenery.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. Despite requesting an early check-in, we were made to wait until the official check-in time, which was a bit disappointing after a long journey.
